U. S. Naval Academy

The USNA Central Illinois Parents and Alumni Club was founded in 1980 by a small group of concerned parents of Midshipmen.  Since that time, the club has grown to include most of the Midshipman families in the central part of the state, as well as many alumni and their families.

 

The club is dedicated to supporting the Midshipmen and their families.  It provides group support, care packages and social events for both the Mids and their families.

 

Please check out our EVENTS calendar to see what we have planned in the next year.  Our most important event is the Plebe Welcome Picnic, which is held each June.  It is a time to meet our new Plebes and to answer many questions of both the Plebes and their parents.  We always try to have Midshipmen at the picnic to work with the new Plebes and help them prepare for I Day and Plebe Summer.

 

In addition to everything else, we try to have fun doing what we do.
